International Congress Of Polish Student Societies is a great event that honestly i would recomend anyone to join. Apart from interesting locations that they visit each year, the interesting speaches and open-minded people are what makes this event so unique in my opinion.
During XIX edition in Milan, I had a pleasure to be a moderator of one of the fireside chats. I have discussed with Arthur Mrozowski, possibilities of creating a successfull busines in todays conditions. He shared with us very interesting idea, that I would like also to share here – often it is not matter of beeing unique and innovative, but the art of consistency. Often most successfull businesses does not look as interesting from inside – they tend to be boring. Honestly that have changed my way of thinking about business.
